Windows Azure in the Middle East

Just want to share a tool I found. Recently we had to deploy some azure resources to support a client in the Middle East, only to find out: There are no existing resources in the Middle East, nor in Africa for that matter. How do I determine which is the resource that is most available with least latency and fastest bandwidth?

Azure Speed Test, provided by twodegrees10, provided me with the tools I needed to determine this. It runs Blob storage latency off all the Microsoft data centers, recommending me the nearest. I hope someday to be able to provide such a useful tool as well.
